Fundraising for I Am Hope Foundation

Auckland

Just over a month ago I lost a very close friend to suicide. It flipped my world upside down.

In honour of Suicide Prevention day on the 10th September, I plan to use the entire month to bring awareness to mental health and suicide. During September I have set myself daily challenges that have helped me through my own grieving process.

I would love for you to join me by taking part and completing my challenges or by creating your own. You can also show your support by sponsoring or donating the givealittle page to raise funds for @iamhope_nz.

Please follow along on my Instagram @_thesunwillriseagain_ as I post my daily progress and support the givealittle link on this page.
