Jumped on the Rah-Fit 2023 Burpee Challenge on 1st of June to try and win $1000 for my chosen charity, I AM HOPE NZ. We are now on Day 69 and today was 450 unbroken burpees. The Top 4 want to end ot together tomorrow but I'm keen to go to at least Day 75... 75 Hard changed my life and improved my mental health!

We will split the $1000 amongst our chosen charities, but I'd like to get to a grand for I AM HOPE NZ to support the awesome mahi they do!
