We are raising funds to cover Kora's vet bills after her bad leg injury which has resulted in a trip to Massey for an operation.

After being surrendered to us shortly after lockdown, Kora went to her new home a few months after, and she has become a massive part of her new dad's life. A couple of days ago, Kora and her dad played fetch when she jumped over the sofa and landed badly on the floor. Worried as she whimpered in pain, her dad rushed her to the vet, where X-rays confirmed she'd broken her leg. She is currently in Massey Vets, having her leg pinned. They have estimated the cost to be around $3000. Her dad has been putting some money aside for Kora in case of emergencies, but as he's only had her a few months, it's nowhere near the amount needed for the operation.

If you can donate anything towards her operation costs, it would be gratefully received, even if it's $1. We understand it's an expensive time of year for everyone, so please only donate if you can afford to.

We wish Kora a speedy recovery and hope she has learned some lessons around jumping over couches!
