Cancer Research Trust NZ fundraiser in honour of Levi James

$3,040 of $3,000 goal
Given by 39 generous donors in around 6 months

In honour of Levi James 2002-2022 who's goal was to raise money in honour of his Grandpa who passed away from Leukemia in 2019.

Auckland

Levi William James was tragically killed in a cycling accident on March 5th 2022, in Royal Oak, Auckland. Levi was a proud Auckland Grammar Old Boy. He had just started his second year of Civil Engineering at the University of Auckland when his life was tragically taken.

Before the accident, Levi had commenced a fundraising initiative through Givealittle for Cancer Research in remembrance of his much-loved Grandpa, who passed away in 2019 from Leukemia. Levi's Pa made a huge impact on his life, especially supporting him through his orienteering days. Levi was devasted to lose him and was determined to honour him in a way he knew would make his Pa proud.

To honour Levi, we wish to continue his goal to raise money for the Cancer Research Trust NZ. With the support of Levi's family, we are endeavouring to raise $3,000 to fulfil Levi's goal, honour his wishes and also raise awareness around bike safety.

Levi is loved and missed by everyone who knew him.
