4 residents from Capital Hall (Victoria University) are shaving their heads for Canteen, supporting 13-24 year-olds dealing with cancer.
Wellington
Capital Hall residents (Minna, Nick, Joe and Connor) will be making the brave move to shave their heads to raise money for Canteen on October 3rd. Minna will also be donating her hair to go to someone who has lost theirs as a result of treatment.
Canteen is a national peer support network created so that no young person has to go through a cancer experience alone. It helps support 13-24-year-olds dealing with cancer in getting back to living their lives.
We know cancer is never an easy challenge to overcome and no one should have to deal with it alone.
By donating to and sharing our cause you are showing your support for Cancer Sufferers, Survivors, Canteen and Capital Hall 2019 and raising awareness for this illness that no one should have to suffer through. Every donation counts, no matter how small.
100% of proceeds will be donated to Canteen NZ.
We would like to help those who have been affected by Cancer. We know this is an illness that affects many people in New Zealand.
