Raising awareness for the environment through sport and well being.

Havelock North, Hawke's Bay

Sustainable Coastlines brings people together to reduce plastic pollution and other litter to protect the moana we all love. They inspire change through beach clean-ups, education, and litter data collection.

As part of the CBRE Cape Kidnappers Speedgolf Invitational we have partnered with Sustainable Coastlines as our charity partner. We have want to raise awareness for the environment and od our bit to promote and assist with reducing litter.

We have organised a coastal clean-up in Hawkes Bay prior to the event on Saturday at 12 pm-1:30 pm at Te Awaanga Domain near Cape Kidnappers. This is our part of giving back to the moana by taking some time out of our day to reduce litter. The beech clean-up is assisting their larger community event held on the 19th May at Waitangi Regional Park.

If you would like to support the charity, however you are unable to assist with the litter clean-up then a small donation to Sustainable Coastlines will go along way in supporting this great charity. Feel free to create a pledge with a player you know, it may be based on the number of birdies or pars' they make in the tournament, the speed in which they run, the number of golf balls they loose etc. Any form of support will be much appreciated by Sustainable Coastlines and Speedgolf North (event organsiers).
