I'm joining this brave bunch of BNI peeps once again to help raise money for Otago Community Hospice.
Like me, there is likely someone you are close to who has been or will be in need of the support and care these incredible people provide at a stressful and difficult time.
Getting out of our comfort zone by plunging into ice cold water is our way of reminding ourselves that life and health is precious, and I reckon it is worth a few bucks for you to get to see it!!
It's our third year running and we keep coming back for more coldwater torture - I mean therapy - it's good for you right? One thing's for certain it's blimmin' cold!
This year I will be plunging solo the day before as I am heading to BNI National Conference the day of the official Ice Bath Challenge so it's up to me to set the brrrrr!

Another ice bath challenge completed - remote participation again this year but the in-person group plunge was a great success. See you in 2026!
