Every day we loose people to suicide.. those people generally don't do it because they want to die... often they don't know what options of support are available to them and feel alone with no support in the heat of the moment and the depths of their darkest hour!!

Mates in construction do a super job getting around all the construction sites / company's letting us all know that they are and will always be there for us and there 24/7 hotline saves lives everyday!!!!

This all costs money.. so here we are a group of passionate construction workers going through a hectic 3 days a week 13 week training camp and getting in the ring on 12th october and fighting for this amazing charity and against the Black dog!!!!
