Hello everyone!

As some of you may know I signed up to compete in Clash for Construction 2024 which is a 13 week fight camp, 3 x trainings a week with a potential fight at the end of it.

All donations go to Mates in Construction who raise suicide awareness in our industry which I think is such a great cause.
