Shocking Pink is an organisation dedicated to supporting young women through breast cancer, and out the other side. Their online support group connected me to other young women that were going through similar experiences. The women I met through Shocking Pink were what kept me smiling through the hardest moments. Knowing other young women that were juggling work, children and cancer treatments gave me strength, these women will be my friends for life.

Shocking Pink also provides financial assistance to help ease the financial burden of treatment for some families. I am extremely proud of my brother for helping me raise money for this amazing organisation. With 100% of all donations going towards achieving the mission and objectives of Shocking Pink you are able to make a real difference to the lives of young women with breast cancer today.

I am involved because i really wanted to give back to shocking pink. My sister went though breast cancer and the help she received from shocking pink was amazing. i wanted to not only raise awareness for shocking pink but raise money to help them help other young women.
