Coastal Challenge Run for Huntingtons

Many people will not know or will not have heard about Huntington's Disease. Recently, my family was affected for the second time by the disease. The affects of this disease start well before true realisation of how it affects the body. It affects families and individuals for years and years without any real attention to the impact is has financially, mentally and physically.

In February 2021 i am going to run the Coastal Challenge which is a 33km Run along the shore line from Manly through to Devonport. Ive never been someone who has the patience or desire to complete such a long run, but throughout the summer i will be aiming to push my training out further.
