5 eggs today from the chickens post a warm day in Dunedin. Brighter days to come as we come out of the winter months.
I've been out of town the last 4 days for work. But in that time I've come back and I have these ready.

Day 1 set up. Sooo the muffins... after I was sure they will not rise, as I accidently put the custurd powder in instead of baking powder. They did rise! But it just gets worst.. I have only used non-stick muffin cases in the past, these were not non-stick. I found this for the next hour when I was CUTTING the muffin case paper of all the muffins! Then they looked ugly so I chopped them up. If anyone gets bits of red paper on the muffins, it's safe to eat its just the muffin cases 😅 from all that I had to taste test one, and the custurd power box was true to its word, it was "sure to please" 🌼🌼 a month to practice baking...
Well this could not have been less ideal. Guess what one went into the muffin mixture and are now already in the oven... as the custard powder says "sure to please" .. hopfully 😅🌼
Since then till now, not long for this one. The others have started this week to slowly open. The frost is playing havoc...
