Daffodil Day Fundraiser

Help support people battling cancer and raise awareness for the impact of loved ones witnessing this battle!

Northland

For the longest time, I’ve wanted to cut my hair and donate it to charity - so here I am! I will be sending my hair to Freedom Hair to transform it into a beautiful wig for those who need it most.

Cancer Society is a non-profitable organisation that provides research on treatment and aims to encourage hope for prevention with the symbolism of daffodils. Although my cousin and I were meaning to help at this year’s nationwide daffodil day fundraiser (that has been cancelled due to Covid-19), I thought I would still play my part by cutting my hair during this lockdown.

Along with donating my hair, I am setting up this fundraiser to help support people battling cancer, as well as raise awareness about the impact that loved ones face while witnessing this fierce battle. As with most of us, we have all been impacted by cancer in one way or another, so it would mean a lot if you could join me and support this cause.
