Dance! for Home & Family Society: Ashlee and Daniel go full swing

    The show was last night and everyone had heaps of fun - competitors and audience alike. And, importantly, Home and Family raised over $10k - a successful night. You helped Ashlee and myself bring in over $1000 here, and we raised over $2000 in total.

    We danced a Lindy Hop routine and I must say Ashlee did great learning the techniques of the dance style, and it really showed on the night. In the end we didn't win, but the kids that Home and Family supports did :)

    Charitable fundraising is hard, so we were really happy to support such a worthwhile organisation.

    Wow! Time flies!

    The choreography is done and we've got it pretty much under control. Just a little more time to polish it before the big night. Ashlee has done a great job learning more than just the fundamentals of Lindy Hop and I'm sure we'll both be proud of what we achieve.
