As a 5th Former I will be running from 4pm to 12 at night. I hope that you will be able to help me raise money for this great charity.
Auckland
This year I will be participating in the AGS 1000 Miler which was created back in 1975 by a teacher named Brien McCrea aka Toad. The event is held every four years and will take place at Auckland Grammar School from April 12-16 as part of the School’s 150th Year celebrations. The boys will run 1000 miles in 100 hours in relay fashion in a 24-hour cycle with 3rd Formers running from 8am to 4pm. 4th and 5th Formers running from 4pm to 12am and Seniors running from 12am to 8am.
The funds raised from this event will go to a great cause known as 'The Key to Life Charitable Trust' which is a community focused support group that aims to change the way Kiwis think, act and feel about mental health.
As a part of the AGS Distance Squad, I will be running in the AGS 1000 Miler to raise funds for a great cause 'Key to Life' which is a charity that helps Kiwis throughout the country with mental health.
