Danny van der Voort

Danny has been part of the team at KB Contractors for six years, and prior to this worked at Delta where he completed a Diploma of Civil Engineering.

As a Contract Manager, Danny's role at KB Contractors involves quoting work, liaising with engineers and project managing jobs from beginning to end.

Danny's interest in the roading and drainage industry comes from his Dad who worked for a similar company in Central Otago. He began labouring with his Dad and enjoyed the experience so has stuck with it ever since.

Danny says the strengths of KB Contractors are the different work methodologies and the trenchless technology which no one else in the area specialises in. He says the team are also great to work with and have years of experience under their belt.

In his spare time, Danny enjoys cricket, golf and hunting, and spending time with is family.
