In 2020 we were called by council about a wee dog in their care. He had been found by the train tracks and was terrified of everyone. He came in with his legs matted together and in a right state.

We agreed, as he needed a 2nd chance.

Lincoln was the most terrified dog. He had zero aggression but was so scared of humans. He would cower and shut down whenever someone wanted to touch him, or be near him.

We spent months teaching him that humans are good and can be trusted, and now 5 years down the track and he's the most social, loving boy. He has a real sense of humans feelings and is an unofficial emotional support dog, knowing when people are sad and plonking himself on their knee.

He is proof that ANY dog can be neglected or abused, and that with work can become a wonderful member of anyones family if given a chance.
