This September I'm embarking on a journey to the DreamCentre LA with an awesome team of people from Generation Ignite! A place that takes the phrase "see a need, fill a need" literally.

Issues such as homelessness are growing here in New Zealand, so how are we going to meet these challenges head-on together? I'm excited to learn in a place where the scale is bigger than it is here in Aotearoa. To learn, and to grow as I volunteer alongside others, in some of the long-list of services the DreamCentre provides for their community.

This is just a one-off trip, but it's a part of my journey through life, exploring with others how can I live like this day in and day out... "To act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with (my) God." - Micah 6:8
