I have been the Principal at New River Primary School in Invercargill since 2006.
Our school has been well supported by Kiwi Can and the Graeme Dingle Foundation over the years. We are keen to give something back to this very worthy cause, which supports the young people not just in our school but nationwide.
They have a great vision which is - “Build a strong New Zealand by helping Grow Great Kiwi Kids".
A very kind person has offered me the opportunity to be dropped off the Invercargill Fire Station's Training Tower on 3 December - 'Drop Your Boss'! .
However, I have to raise $500 for the privlege.
Raising that much money will be difficult for our school community, so am hoping that people in the wider community may get behind this really worthy cause.
