As a Store Manager for Kmart, The Graham Dingle Foundation and its core beliefs and values resonate with me. The work they do in within our communities with helping children and young adults build confidence and resilience to find purpose and direction in life is inspiring.
The top 5 stores across NZ will win their store manager being dropped. I really don't want to jump off the Sky Tower, but if it means bringing my team together to fundraise for such an inspiring foundation then I'm all for it! (kind of, not really. Maybe?)

As a father of 2 boys, knowing that their are people put there wanting to make a difference in our children's life's is awesome. I've promised my team that if we are in the top 5 stores I will drop myself off the sky tower in support of the foundation.
