HELP F45NL RAISE AWARENESS AND RAISE FUNDS FOR MENTAL HEALTH
On 26th and 27th July F45 New Lynn, and other F45 studios across NZ,are completing 538 kms each on the concept 2 equipment, followed by completing 3500 burpees all in the name of raising funds for I AM HOPE.
F45 are committed to opening up the conversation on mental health not just withinour studios, but with everybody nationwide.
Why those numbers? Sadly, last year 538 kiwis died of suspected suicide and an estimated3500 more attempted suicide.
