Families and Women in Christchurch in need of YOUR SUPPORT

My name is Lily and I am an ambassador for Connect with Purpose.

I believe EVERY person deserves to have a safe home to go back to each day, no matter what.

Help me to raise $5,000 to support women and families that have gone through unimaginable experiences and need all the help they can get.

The programme I am part of is Connect with Purpose. This programme empowers youth to make social-impact and supports us to discover who we are, what we value and the difference we can make - and then take meaningful action. As part of the programme as an ambassador, I choose a charity or community organisation that resonates with me. I then work towards a personal goal that supports real needs in our community.

My chosen charity is Christchurch Aunties which is an organisation that supports women and families that are victims of domestic violence. They source furniture and household necessities to help these families relocate to safer houses as most people that seek refuge with them only have the clothes on their backs and no other possessions.
