    Today the weather is perfect and that means it is hot hot hot!!! However despite this it seemed a bit easier today.... and the cold beverage at the end, perfect 😎

    So today, as expected, was tough. My legs are still a bit shaky from yesterday so there were lots of long breathers on the way up!

    Seeing the Trig at the top was a blessed sight 🙏🏻 and I am pretty dead on my feet 😵 Now to make my way down....

    Today’s lesson was ‘humility’! Getting to the top was just as much about swallowing my pride every time an oldy or a mother carrying her child passed me and keeping on going.... and they all passed me 🤣
