I’m riding from Wellington to Taupō this November with the FFC team to raise money for Kidscan. As part of my preparation, I’m also taking on a challenge to climb 5,000 vertical metres in a single day during September. Our goal is to raise $200,000 for Kidscan, with every dollar going directly to support children in need. If you can spare a few dollars, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. FFC1000 - a ride for Kidscan

We’re riding to raise money for Kidscan and help kiwi kids to learn with food in tummies, shoes on feet, and rain jackets to stay dry.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
