Participating in FFC ride for Kidscan

Wellington

Part of the group to raise $200,000 for Kids Can.

We will ride from Wellington to participate in the Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge. We will not be riding direct and we will ride from Wellington and clock up 840kms by the time we reach Taupō. 1 lap round the lake of 160km will take each rider to 1,000kms 👌🏼

FFC ride for Kidscan

We’re riding to raise money for Kidscan and help kiwi kids to learn with food in tummies, shoes on feet, and rain jackets to stay dry.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
