Fundraising for KidsCan Charitable Trust
Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
On 26 September, I’m stepping into the ring for my first amateur boxing fight at Boxing on the Dock, and I’ve decided to make the fight about something much bigger than me.
As a mum, it’s pretty hard to comprehend that there are kids right here in New Zealand going without the basics many of us take for granted. Food, warm clothing, shoes and essential everyday items.
So I’ve set myself a goal to raise $2,500 for KidsCan, helping them support Kiwi kids experiencing hardship.
I’m choosing to step into the ring. Too many kids are fighting battles they never chose. So for the next few weeks, every training session, every punch (received and hopefully landed 😂), and fight night itself will be for them.
Every donation, big or small, will help. I’d absolutely love your support in getting me to $2,500. 🥊🤍
Fighting for the Basics, because no Kiwi kid should have to fight for them.
