The world is suffering, it's time for change. Food for thought.
We are all aware that the current way most look at wastage of food is quite disconcerting for any who can see it. I have decided to run this year in the Round The Bays fun-run and would like to raise more awareness of the wastage we are putting on to this world, especially in terms of food.
Coming from the hospitably industry working as a Chef has allowed me to be in a unique position to talk about food wastage and the life cycle we could try to attain towards a more sustainable way of eating and viewing our food. The world is suffering with the fallout of Covid and supporting both the local and international hospitality industry and food industry is my first and foremost goal of action.
