Help Neurologically-Afflicted Folk

UPDATE, UPDATE; I made it - 3 hand blisters, and only ONE dunk in the Great Lake. Lucky me had wonderfully warm folk alongside (on waka amas and boats), which made the whole exercise enjoyable. AND has hopefully helped a few more people become a fraction more aware of their neurons.
