Fund raising equipment/supplies for charity events

As with other charities and organizations, we rely heavily on individuals with huge hearts to help us fund our efforts. We have put our heads together and come up with a plan for MOSAIC'S ongoing fundraising efforts on the ground. We have compiled a comprehensive list of equipment we need to be able to hold our own fundraising events so that we can maximise our donation and funding potential, while making the donation process far more fun for our sponsors who attend our events, but to get to that point, we need people like you to get us there as quickly as possible.

We have many individual fundraising projects that need to be funded quite urgently, but being able to somewhat self-sufficiently generate funding for them, in conjunction with the amazing help and support we receive from outside supporters, means nobody is left bearing the load alone.

We firmly believe in transparency and like to avoid blind donations so that our sponsors feel more involved and it becomes an interactive and personal experience supporting MOSAIC. Below is the list of items required for us to be able to get fund-raising. Perishables we will try to cover out of pocket unless we exceed our goal for this appeal, in which case, the excess will be used to purchase all perishable items required, advertising & marketing costs (which are unknown at this point) and ground rent at event venues (varying), but all of those expenditures will be posted in a costs report on our Facebook page.
