Fundraiser for Christchurch Aunties (Mount Half Marathon)

In a months time I'll be running the Mount Half Marathon aiming to raise funds for the Christchurch Aunties (a charity that my wonderful Mum works for).

A little bit about the fantastic work they do;

The Christchurch Aunties is a network of over 6400 people helping women and children in Christchurch, Ashburton, and the Waimakariri and Selwyn Districts who have experienced family violence, have been displaced, and who are at risk.

Our vision is a Canterbury where all women and children who have been exposed to abuse and family harm, are safe, well supported and resourced, through the domestic violence agencies we collaborate with.

Our model and our mahi is simple:

Get basic, essential stuff to women and their families, quickly and seamlessly.

It's a helping hand in their goal to change theirs and their families futures.

And the awesome thing is, YOU can be a part of that change too!

Times are tough for so many but if you are in a position to donate, any donation big or small makes a huge difference and will be so very appreciated. Even if it's a gold coin donation, your morning coffee or a tenner.

If we raise $3000, I'll enter the Mount Half Marathon next year!
