Fundraiser walk for Greyhounds as Pets!

    Thank you to all the lovely people who have donated to Holly's cause! Holly had a great day and she worked really hard to finish the 35km in 8.5 hours, with only brief stops along the way. Mum, Dad and Archie all did stints along the way, but Holly was the only one to do the whole distance, and despite sore legs and feet she was determined to finish "for the snootles"! GAP does a fabulous job of rehoming greyhounds, a truly wonderful breed that makes for awesome pets. It costs a lot, however, to get a greyhound ready for rehoming, and we are thrilled to be able to "givealittle" back to the organisation the gave us Archie. Soon we will put photos up from the walk so you can all see how it went!

    Well, it's Sat 10th March and we're just about to set off to begin Holly's 35-km walk to raise funds for Greyhounds as Pets. Thank you so much to all of you who have donated! The forecast is good, and we've worked out a way that Archie can come with us, and just walk sections as he can manage. So, do feel free to join us - with or without your hound(s)! We're starting at the Penthouse Cinema in Brooklyn, Wellington, at 9am this morning. Map of our full route attached.
