Geoff’s Tour Aotearoa 2022

I am a cycling enthusiast, who loves a challenge. A couple of years ago I came across a bike tour called ‘Tour Aeotearoa’. A 3,000km cycle ride stretching from Cape Reinga to Bluff. From this moment, I was hooked. A bucket list experience that would not only challenge me mentally and physically, but an opportunity to also to complete something else that I am passionate about, to raise awareness and fundraise for a well deserving charity.

Over the month that I am riding, walking and carrying my bike over the 3,000km distance, I wish to fundraise for a well deserving Wellington charity called Nourish Christmas. Year after year they support families in need with gift and food hampers at Christmas time, a challenging time for many families. Norish aim to relief some pressure associated with this time of the year for those who need a helping hand. Mitre 10 Mega Petone are a proud supporter of Nourish and generously help out each year.
