First Time for Everything for 3 crazy ladies!!

So what happens when a friend gets in contact over social media to suggest a team get together for the 70.3 Half Ironman? Well of course after a couple of end of week wines you say yes!!

Now.... 8 months on the reality has set in!! And while we are training hard it's a big mountain for each of us to climb.

Collectively we've had friends or family impacted by Breast Cancer and have lost some people dear to us along the way. So we feel there's no better charity or inspiration to get us across the finish line!

So dig deep and help Liza swim like a dolphin, Deb have the legs of a Tour de France elitist and Dottie run the half marathon of her life.
