Participating in Joy ride. Get on your bike to support kids in India.

It's embarrassing to admit, but I don't own a bike. A black plastic motorcycle (pictured) is the best I can do.
However, I don't want to let that stop me from taking part in Joy Ride and raising money for Joyya to support kids in West Bengal who have pretty tough lives and don't get to enjoy just being kids.
So, during the month of October I'm going to find a bike and then ride that bike somewhere, at least once.
It might seem small, but it's a change in habit for me! I'd encourage you to get involved with Joy Ride - if even a bike novice like me can do it, so can you!
You can help bring joy too, by sponsoring me on my mission. Just hit that 'Donate' button to send funds to Joyya!

To all you donors thanks so much 2 November 2021
Well, the first Joy ride has come and gone and together we have raised over 20K.
Amazing ah.
That means because of your generous donation kids in really vulnerable communities will have festivals to go to, sports gear to share in the parks, craft gear to create with and fun events to participate in making their colourful communities a bit more fun and exciting.
So on behalf of those communities thank you. You all dug deep and made this world just a little bit better.
Well done.
John
