The Invercargill Community Connections Charitable Trust (IC2) was founded in 2020 with one purpose in mind: to bring The Grace Street Project to life.

Behind the trust is a passionate team of volunteer trustees—people from business, education, community development, and governance—each bringing their own strengths, experience, and heart.

What unites us is simple:

A commitment to lifting South Invercargill.

We’re here to build opportunities—opportunities for growth, for learning, and for people to feel connected and supported. Every step we take is about creating a stronger, more vibrant community, together.
