Thought I would post an update of all the fabulous furniture that I have now seen up in the Childrens Oncology Ward :) There are 2x lots of the tables & 4 chairs, 2 lazy boys, 2 new couches & 14 blue chairs for the ward rooms. They look so much better than what was there before, so if you are reading this, you donated & it was very much appreciated:) Thanks so much
Today, as Gus was having blood transfusion no 11, & I was sitting in one of those rather uncomfy red chairs for over 6 hours, I thought - not for much longer!! I am hoping to take a trip out to the furniture shop that Starship buys from so Gus & I can write a list of what I think should be purchased. Exciting times for Ward 27. Again, we thank everyone who has contributed :) :)

Gulf Harbour Yacht Club had a "Boat Bits & Car Boot Sale" on Sunday, everyone who had a stall had to donate something for the Starship Stall, with donations & sales they added over $2200 to Gus' givealittle!!! Just amazing.
Pyms, Gus' favourite local bar (for his burgers!) is donating $10 from every TShirt sold & doing a raffle on their singalong Sundays, locals - if you haven't been to Pyms it is well worth a visit, best local bar in any city I have lived in :)
Thanks so much everyone who has donated, not a cent will not be used for the Childrens Oncology Ward's 27 A&B. There is still in a few fundraising things in the mix, so I changed the goal to 15k......so let's keep this going!!!!

We have go the first 2 lazy boy chairs which is awesome. Now we can start looking at some new dining chairs & perhaps a new table for the dreary parents/family kitchen. Massive thank you to everyone :)
