Sponsor Charlie's Half Marathon for Endometriosis NZ

Wellington

Endometriosis is a debilitating and painful inflammatory disease that affects 1 in 10 of us who are born with a uterus...that's about 240,000 people suffering in NZ alone. You will undoubtedly know or love someone struggling with endo!

Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to have some endo removed, and so I'm running a half marathon on 14 Nov to celebrate my newfound energy while I'm able to, and to raise some $$ for this worthy cause. All proceeds will go to Endometriosis New Zealand.

21.1km done and DONE! Thank you, kind person!   17 November 2021

The run on Sunday was soggy but I DID IT! The course (up the coast from Paraparaumu and then winding inland through the estuary) was stunning and ended with a giant batch of iced buns and a soak in the hot tub with my fellow runners.

I am so grateful for your support. You helped raise over $1.2k for Endometriosis NZ. GO YOU!
