Canterbury

Kia Ora,

We are a team of 10 fun individuals in the Christchurch Vodafone Office wanting to raise money for KidsCan with walking the distance from Keri Keri to Invercargill. That's 3 million steps in 30 days!

KidsCan is New Zealand’s leading charity dedicated to helping Kiwi kids affected by poverty. We help the 1 in 5 children experiencing hardship by providing food, jackets, shoes and health products to low-decile schools and early childhood centres across New Zealand. With these essentials, kids can participate in learning and have the opportunity for a better future. By fundraising for KidsCan, you’re helping to create a better New Zealand for all Kiwi kids.

The difference your donation makes:

$25 provides sturdy shoes & socks

$25 gives a cosy jacket to keep a child warm and dry

$50 provides both the above

$600 helps give a preschooler food, clothing and health products for a year

$1000 will give 500 hot meals for children in need.

Please help us make kiwi kids lives better.

Any money raised will go to KidsCan - https://www.kidscan.org.nz

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
