My journey for becoming ready to fight in the corporate boxing event Hands of Hope 3 (2021) presented by The Fortitude Gym.

I am fighting for my own mental health and I am an advocate for supporting my whānau and friends who also are battling with mental health challenges.

I want to raise awareness about how important it is to speak up and talk about how you may feel. We need to accept that this illness in within our community.

Everyone has a voice and I’m fighting to make mine be heard!
