Feeding the Children of Rotorua

Bay of Plenty

School lunch is critical to student health and well being, especially for low-income students and ensures that kids have the nutrition they need throughout the day to learn. Unfortunately, with the rising cost of living, around one in five children in New Zealand live in Households that struggle to put enough good-quality food on the table.

Ka Pai Kai is a Charity in which the goal is to provide a nutritious meal for children all over the town in order for them to be at their best.

There are 10 schools in the Rotorua area who do not qualify for the Government Funded Lunch Programme & these are the children that we need to support! For every $5.50 donated the organisation is able to provide a healthy, hearty, warm meal to a child in need. These meals are prepared by the support of an awesome team of volunteers and ensure that meals are delivered to those schools in need just in time for lunch.

The more you donate = the more children we can feed!
