Hospice needs donations to help fund it's services to assist people's journey through life limiting illness. Every dollar counts!!

Waikato

I have been involved with hospice and have seen the amazing physical, emotional and spiritual care and support the staff provide.

The compassionate and supportive care of the nursing and medical team make a big difference to families on their journey. Through a multi disciplinary team approach Wishes have been fulfilled, equipment provided, counselling services made available, social worker support and input where needed, and families being assisted to care for their loved ones at home with community nurse support.

Hospice need to raise over $5million dollars each year to be able to continue to provide these much needed services. I am passionate to see this service grow and so have chosen to join the 184km coromandel loop virtual challenge as a means to raise funds to help. Every dollar counts!!
