Support our Tamariki with the basic needs that every child deserves.

1 in 5 Kiwi kids live in deprivation, going without the basic essentials they

need such as clothing, shoes, stationery for school, warm bedding, medicine & medical equipment, extra-curricular activities or even their school camp.

This has a major impact on their health, education, self-esteem and belonging.

I believe every child deserves a happy and healthy childhood and having the basic essentials, support and care can help to change a child's life. No child should ever miss out on opportunities or feel like they don't belong in any circumstance.

I am going to be holding an exercise fundraiser proudly supporting Variety-the children's charity thats provides our children of Aotearoa New Zealand help.

Every dollar donated I will match the donation with the number of reps per exercise.

$0-$5 pull ups

$6-$10 cals rower/assault bike

$11-$20 squat jumps

$21-$50 push ups

$51-$100 burpees

For example donate $60 = 60 Burpees donate $15 = 15 Jump Squats
