Help Ryan Owen help AGRC get to Twizel and back
Auckland Grammar Rowing Club needs funds to help pay for regattas and equipment to have a successful Rowing Squad at the Maadi Cup 2020
Auckland
On November the 24th
6 teams of 9 mixed-age groups. (around 54 participants)
Aim - to erg and run the distance of 1900km to Twizel where the Maadi Cup will be held March/April 2020 and back!!
Each individual needs to complete a total 35km of running and erg.
Each team will complete 333 km between them
The team with the fastest overall time will win the inaugural Twizel Oar!!
Guest athletes as well as parents & siblings running and erging can help their selected team out and add to their total by participating.
Each individual is aiming to raise a minimum of $300. This assists the team in meeting the cost for regattas and equipment for the season.
During the event the BBQ will be firing and there will be spare ergs to give the guest rowers a try.
