Help support the Dunedin Night Shelter
Otago
I am walking 1300 kilometres from Bluff to Ship Cove in the Marlborough Sounds on a continuous path on Te Araroa. At the same time I would like to raise awareness of the amazing work the Dunedin Night Shelter does and hopefully also raise some money for them to continue their essential work. They receive no government funding and rely on continuing support from the local community to help to protect some of our most vulnerable members.
I made it! 18 March 2026
Thank you to everyone who has liked, shared and donated to the give a little page to raise awareness of the great work the Dunedin Night Shelter does it is very much appreciated. I left from Bluff on the 29th of December and reached Ship Cove at the end of the Queen Charlotte track on the 10th of March, it’s been an incredible adventure and a great chance to meet a lot of intrepid and interesting people and of course see parts of the country I’d never been to before.
This page will stay open until the end of April if anyone would like to make a donation over the next few weeks.
