On 28-29 July F45 studios from across NZ are uniting to support I Am Hope.

With the aim of raising awareness for mental health issues across New Zealand, as well as raising funds for I Am Hope studios are rowing, biking and ski erging 538kms, one for every kiwi who committed suicide in 2022, followed by completing 3500 burpees, one for every kiwi who attempted suicide.
