Hyrox Battlers do it for Ranui House

We are a couple of mates Kade Atkinson and Shaun Creek who in our day were once athletes ourselves who now have a few extra Kg’s around the waste line. Kade now runs his own building company John Garlick Builders and Shaun is a Real Estate Guru out of the Bayleys Marshlands office alongside his good mate Liam.

We go to F45 Marshlands here in Christchurch to try to stay as fit as we can but in a true sense it’s to earn the beers in the weekend.

This said we have somehow been talked into doing this as a pair.

Now we are not by any sense going to be the fittest, fastest, strongest there and are only doing this for personal satisfaction and achievement.

We thought well why not have some fun along the way doing this and there are a lot of people out there doing it way tougher than we are and have life battles ahead of them and try to raise some money along the way for a charity.

Ranui house is a home away from home for families and patients undergoing lifesaving treatment for cancer, accidents and life threatening illnesses.
