This year i have decided to do dry July a bit differently by adding on a half marathon and raising money and awareness for the I Am Hope foundation.

After a bit of research and finding out that New Zealand has the higest youth suiside rate in the the world, It only semed right to give back to our youths who are struggling with mental illness.

Some of our youths are waiting up to six months to get the help and support they need. Sadly for some six months is too long 💔

100% of the money raised for I Am Hope goes directly to an account that pays for councellers for children and youths aged between 5 and 25 years old. It is easily accessible on the website and could very well save the lives of our kids and young adults right here in Aotearoa
