I believe that being disabled shouldn't define who you are, it is what you do that should - and you should never allow what you cannot do to stop you from doing what you can do. That's why I'm attempting the New York Marathon, to show it can be done.

As a 52 year old paraplegic I will be doing everything I can to complete my first full marathon and achieve this dream.
