    A quick update - the date of the ice bath challenge has been shifted to Sunday 09 August. The venue became unavailable on the original day for our planned plunge, so it's been pushed out two weeks.

    We will still be hosted at the amazing upstairs space at Well + Being.

    The weekend of the Winter Solstice, two of the Ice Bath challengers decided to do a polar plunge to "warm up" for July's Ice Bath Challenge!
