A Mental Challenge for Mental Health

In this world there is nothing more important than our health, and as a Personal Trainer Paddy believes that physical and mental health are not seperate from one another but the same thing.

We need to put as much effort into training and caring for our mind just as we do with our body, so as we eat healthy for a strong body we must also meditate and control inputs and our perception for a strong mind.

Paddy is therefor going to take an Ice Bath Challenge for 23 consecutive days starting on March 1st at 1 minute and increasing an additional 1 minute per day, until completion on the 23rd of March at 23 minutes.

The final round finishes on Paddy's 23rd Birthday 23rd March. This will be a huge mental challenge for him and will create empathy for the thousands of Kiwis who are mentally struggling right now.
